Accommodation Information

Hotel room reservations at the Grand Hotel Palace for the EuroQSAR 2018 participants can be made over the Symposium website.

Because there are limited numbers of rooms available in the Grand Hotel Palace, please book your desired room as early as possible.

The room rates in the Grand Hotel Palace advertised on the EuroQSAR 2018 website, is the discounted rate for rooms including breakfast.

On acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions given in this page, you will authorize EuroQSAR 2018 Symposium Secreteriat to confirm your reservation for the advertised total amount.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy

Upon submitting your reservation request, you authorize the EuroQSAR 2018 Symposium Secretariat to confirm hotel room reservations in the Grand Hotel Palace on your behalf.

The completion of payment is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment have be to done via credit card or bank transfer on the day of the reservation request. A confirmation/invoice will be sent to participants when the appropriate payments have been processed. This confirmation will include all details of the hotel reservation.

All nights costs will be charged upon registration. Any incidental expenses such as mini bar, laundry, extra food and beverages, telephone calls etc. will be settled with Hotel Reception by the guests to their own accounts.

Payment

All fees are in EURO (€)

Your room reservation will be in “pending status” until your payment is received by the EuroQSAR 2018 Organization Bank Account.

Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount.

1) Payment via credit card

The mail order form should be filled in with accurate details and should be sent to Organization secretariat by e-mail info@euroqsar2018.org or fax (+90 312 447 84 02).

Please note that credit cards other than Visa and MasterCard are not accepted.

2) Payment via Bank transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Payment via bank transfer is subject to receipt of confirmation from the bank. The charge will be made in Euro. Please mention your first and last name and “EuroQSAR 2018 Accommodation″ on the bank transfer.

Check- in / check- out times

Hotel check-in time is 14:00. Please note that the hotel guarantees availability of the rooms from the official check-in time only. In case of check-ins after 20:00, please notify EuroQSAR 2018 Secretariat in advance. Check-out time is 12:00. Should you wish to check-in earlier or check-out later, extra costs may apply. Cancellation of the Reservation

All changes and cancellations have to be made in writing and addressed exclusively to info@euroqsar2018.org.

In cases of cancellation with a prior written notification should be sent to the Symposium Secreteriat.

Cancellations received before or on 31/03/2018- full refund less a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations received between 01/04/2018 and 14/09/2018 – one night cost plus %10 administration fee will be charged from the total amount.

In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.

Please be aware that all costs that may arise during the transfer of the payment or reimbursement are under the responsibility of the customer.

The above mentioned room rates are per room and per night, including VAT, open buffet breakfast and free wifi in the rooms. City tax is not included in the hotel prices.

EuroQSAR2018 keeps in reserve to adjust the rates in case of a VAT increase.
