Exhibitor Status

The European Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships (EuroQSAR) Symposia are major scientific events that have been organized in different cities of Europe since 1973. They have a fascinating scope to promote and disseminate the advances in rational approaches in drug design and discovery and to ensure a worldwide attendance of prominent scientists from both academy and industry.

The 22nd EuroQSAR 2018 symposium, entitled “Translational and Health Informatics: Implications for Drug Discovery”, will take place September 16-20, 2018 in Thessaloniki, Greece. It is a Turkish-Greek co-organization and an EFMC sponsored event.

To honor his impact of his contributions in the field of computer-aided drug discovery (CADD) and QSAR, the 22nd EuroQSAR Symposium is dedicated to the memory of Prof. Toshio Fujita (1929-2017).

The 22nd EuroQSAR 2018 Symposium is expected to host more than 500 participants from all continents around the world; addressing researchers from both academia and industry.

The Symposium will present a unique opportunity for the companies to represent and promote their products to the attendees participating from all over the world. The Exhibition Hall will form an integral part of the symposium and will be located close to the Lecture Hall and Poster Hall, and in the foyer where the coffee breaks will take place.

The services, which to be provided to all exhibitor parties by the 22nd EuroQSAR 2018 Organization Committee, are listed below;

  • Inserting the exhibitor name and the logo in the symposium internet website,
  • Showing the exhibitor name and the company logo on the screen of the lecture hall during the coffee-breaks,
  • Printing the company logo on the information and signalization boards that will be placed in the main hall and poster area. There will be around 10 boards,
  • Company leaflet, flyer or brochure to be placed on the symposium bag,
  • Exhibitor name and company logo to be inserted in the Abstract e-book,
  • Company’s 1 full page advertisement to be printed in the Abstract e-book.

Hiring Booth and Prices:

A. Allocation of a 4 square meter Booth (3,000 EURO)

Services to be provided by the Organization Committee:

  • 1 banquet table and 1 chair,
  • Fascia board,
  • Five x100W spot lights & one socket,
  • Bin,
  • 220W electricity supply,
  • Free access to Wi-Fi,
  • Set up and dismantling,
  • Daily cleaning of the general exhibition area, excluding the booths themselves which is under the exhibitors responsibilty.
  • Free Exhibitor Registration of 1 company member (Exhibitor Badge. Exhibitor badges do not give access to the scientific sessions; attendance to scientific sessions is subject to industrial registration),
  • Symposium bag,
  • 3 days open buffet lunch,
  • Coffee Breaks,
  • Welcome Cocktail,
  • Excursion.

B. Allocation of a 6 square meter Booth (4,500 EURO)

Services to be provided by the Organization Committee:

  • 1 banquet table and 2 chairs,
  • Fascia board,
  • Five x100W spot lights & one socket,
  • Bin,
  • 220W electricity supply,
  • Free access to Wi-Fi,
  • Set up and dismantling,
  • Daily cleaning of the general exhibition area, excluding the booths themselves which is under the exhibitors responsibilty,
  • Free Exhibitor Registration of 1 company member (Exhibitor Badge. Exhibitor badges do not give access to the scientific sessions; attendance to scientific sessions is subject to industrial registration),
  • Symposium bag,

Extra services upon request and subject to additional cost:

Each exhibitor is, and will be, obliged to adhere to all of the rules and regulations outlined in the Exhibition Contract which will be valid throughout the course of the exhibition and govern the ways and means of the use of the Venue, as well as all facilities and equipment related to the event. Each exhibitor is responsible for making his/her representatives and employees familiar with the content of these conditions.

The exhibitor will be liable for any damages resulting from the exhibitors failure to acquaint his/her representatives and employees with the rules. If any confusion concerning the application of these rules arises, the Exhibition Contract is entitled to make the final decision.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities for Exhibitor Companies:

Having an Exhibitor Status by hiring a booth will also provide the exhibitor party, the right to select one or more sponsorship opportunities listed below;

  • Organizing a Workshop in the Symposium (3, 000 EURO),
  • Sponsoring the Symposium bag, on which the logo and name of the sponsor will be printed (5.000 EURO),
  • Sponsoring the name badges of the Symposium, on which the logo and name of the sponsor will be printed (5,000 EURO),
  • Sponsoring the poster awards (reimbursement of the registration fees of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd posters’ presenters). The sponsor name and the company logo to be printed on the symposium programme for the ceremony (3,000 EURO),
  • Sponsoring one of the Sessions of the Symposium. The company name and logo to be printed on the symposium programme for the session (5,000 EURO),
  • Sponsoring the Welcome Cocktail of the meeting, identifying the event in the program with the name of the sponsor by giving place to the sponsor logo and flags in the cocktail area (7,500 EURO),
  • Sponsoring the Banquet (Gala Dinner) of the meeting, identifying the event in the program with the name of the sponsor by giving place to the sponsor logo and flags in the cocktail area (7,500 EURO),
  • Sponsoring one of the daily coffee breaks (2 coffee breaks in a day time) identifying the events in the program with the name of the sponsor by giving place to the sponsor logo and flags in the coffee break area (3,000 EURO),
